Traditional leadwork installed to Lead Sheet Association standards — flashings, valleys, dormers, bay tops and full lead roofs.

Lead is the most durable weathering material there is. Done properly, a lead flashing outlasts three tile roofs. Done badly — poured lead sealant, cement fillets, wrong codes — it fails inside a few years and takes the plaster below with it.

We install and repair leadwork the traditional way — bossed, welted, clipped and dressed to the correct code for the exposure. Every job is finished with patination oil to prevent white streaking on the walls below.
